Limits on MSP growth
Growth tied to headcount
Every new client tenant needs engineer time to watch it. Without automation, more clients means more hires before more margin.
Revenue left in client tenants
Failing applications, rising cost and unused licences are projects waiting to be proposed. Nobody has time to find them across every client.
Your own compliance exposure
Managed service providers are named in NIS2, so the MSP is accountable for its own controls as well as its clients’.

FAQs
Are MSPs covered by NIS2?
Yes, in most cases. NIS2 lists managed service providers and managed security service providers under ICT service management in Annex I. Medium-sized providers are generally important entities and large ones essential entities, depending on how each EU member state has transposed the directive.

Can we assess a prospect before they become a client?
What does the partner program add?
Partner pricing, recurring commissions and co-marketing support. See the TENET Partner Program.
