What is the mROC program?
A program for partners who run risk operations as a managed service. You unify your clients’ Azure and Microsoft 365 risk data in TENET, prioritise it with TENET risk scoring and drive tracked remediation. Partners get the TENET Portal, a multi-tenant platform for monitoring and acting on risk across all their customers.
Which services can I offer with mROC?
Four services, each powered by TENET:

Do I need agents in my clients’ tenants?
No. TENET is agentless and connects to each client’s Azure and Microsoft 365 environment with read-only access, so there is nothing to install and it cannot change their tenant.
How do I manage many clients in one place?
Partner Hub lists every client you manage, and you open any client’s workspace from that list. Findings can also open and close HaloPSA tickets or Jira issues, routed to the right client.
Can I put my own brand on mROC reports?
Yes. Reports pick up your company name, logo and accent colour from Partner Settings, and you choose the language: English, Polski, Deutsch, Nederlands, Français, Italiano or Español.
