Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes:
- 1 directory (Microsoft tenant) and 1 user
- Data refreshed monthly
- Access to 20+ capabilities
- A monthly BriteAI Assistant allowance, shown as a percentage used and reset on the 1st of each month
- Email support
Free directories with no sign-in for 90 days are deleted, with a warning email at 75 days.
How long is the free trial?
14 days, with unrestricted access to all features and no credit card required. When the trial ends without a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is deleted.
How much does TENET cost?
Scale is a flat rate per organisation that covers your full Azure and Microsoft 365 environment.

Can I assess my environment before choosing a plan?
Yes. The free Self-Service Assessment runs the same scan TENET runs for paying customers, with no credit card. You sign in with Microsoft as a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator and grant one-time read-only consent. The scan takes about 5 minutes, then you download Cloud Security, Compliance and Copilot Readiness reports, and a 14-day TENET trial account is created for you.
What access does TENET need to get started?
TENET connects with a read-only service principal. It does not deploy agents or modify your workloads, and setup takes about two minutes.

How do I pay for TENET?
You can subscribe to Scale online with monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are billed once per year.
You can also subscribe through the Azure Marketplace and pay through your existing Microsoft billing account. Pro is arranged with our team, so request custom pricing to get a quote.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for qualifying startups and non-profits. Email customersupport@aesonsolutions.com for qualification requirements, or see how TENET helps non-profits.
How is my data kept secure?
TENET encrypts all data at rest and in transit with 256-bit encryption, partitions data by customer, and manages encryption keys and secrets in Azure Key Vault. It collects only the minimum telemetry needed and includes a data wipe mechanism so you can clear your data at any time.
