Risks that erode your margin
One console per problem
Identity, compliance, exposure and cost each live in a different tool. Every extra console adds licence cost, training and context switching for every client you onboard.
Too few security specialists
Security engineers are a small and expensive part of most MSP teams. When a finding needs an expert to read it, it waits for one.
Client tenants nobody watches
Between quarterly reviews, a client tenant can collect new admin roles, shared links and open ports. The first sign is often an incident.
Findings that never become tickets
A finding that lives in one more console waits for someone to notice it. Risk that is not in the service desk is risk nobody owns.
Run risk as a managed service
Start every client with a baseline, agree a prioritised plan, fix what matters and keep it fixed. TENET supports each stage, so the service you sell is the same for every client.
Assess
Connect a client tenant with read-only access. TENET builds a baseline across identity, exposure, compliance, devices, licences and cost, and ranks what matters first.
Plan
Turn the findings into a prioritised roadmap the client can approve, backed by a report under your own brand.
Remediate
Track each fix to completion with an assignee and a due date, so nothing depends on someone remembering it.
Manage
Keep watching between reviews, and show progress at every business review with reports that are always current.
Rank clients by risk
Partner Hub lists every client tenant you manage with its risk posture score and connection status, and calls out the clients scoring below 50. Open any client to see its summary, generate its reports or ask Brite about it.
- Risk posture score for every client
- Clients below 50 counted at the top
- Reports and Brite one click from each client

Client B
Risk posture 54 · NIS2 control gaps
Client C

Put incidents in context
TENET reads each client’s Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft 365 Defender incidents and places them next to the identities, resources and attack paths already tracked for that tenant. Your analysts see what an alert can reach, not just that it fired.
- Sentinel and Defender incidents in one list
- Incidents linked to attack paths and root cause
- Any incident sent to Brite for investigation
Route findings to your desk
TENET opens tickets in HaloPSA or Jira when anomalies, compliance findings, incidents or remediation tasks reach the severity you set, routed to the right client company or project. Remediation tickets close when the task is completed, and status changes your technicians make on them flow back into TENET.
- Severity threshold set once for every client
- Duplicate tickets skipped automatically
- Microsoft Teams alerts and a daily brief per tenant

Assess and grow your clients
Connect a new or prospective client’s tenant with read-only consent and show them their Azure and Microsoft 365 risk in a report under your brand. Partner Hub then proposes the services the findings point to, so each assessment can lead to the next engagement.
- Your brand only, never mixed with ours
- Opportunities backed by client evidence
- Approve each one before it reaches sales
Cover your own NIS2 duties
NIS2 names managed service providers and managed security service providers in Annex I, so your own controls are in scope too. Connect your own tenant and use the same compliance hub you run for clients: NIS2 and NIST CSF 2.0 readiness, policies, a risk register and supplier reviews.
- Readiness for your own tenant
- Policies and risk register with review dates
- Supplier reviews and questionnaires

TENET capabilities for Microsoft environments
TENET is a complete platform designed to work alongside Microsoft tools and MSP-delivered services. Each capability adds depth, intelligence, and resilience, covering the gaps attackers rely on while remaining simple for MSPs to onboard, manage, and scale across environments.
One view of client risk
Multi-tenant cloud risk intelligence that blends proprietary detections, Microsoft signals, and artificial intelligence to proactively surface actionable risks and accelerate remediation.
Access Governance
Merges Azure RBAC and Entra ID roles into a single role assignment view for each client tenant. Flags identity risks and MFA gaps, allowing MSPs to proactively reduce the most common attack vector in Microsoft environments.
Explore Access GovernanceAI Governance
Governs AI agent identities and secures Azure AI configuration across every client from one platform. Surfaces ownerless agents, tenant-wide access grants, and exposed endpoints, so MSPs can reduce AI risk before it becomes an incident.
Explore AI GovernanceCloud Compliance
Continuous compliance assessments across Azure and M365, mapped to NIS2 and NIST CSF 2.0. On-demand executive compliance reports ready in one click, eliminating the manual control mapping that consumes hours of MSP time every reporting cycle.
Explore Cloud ComplianceExposure Management
Correlates Microsoft signals with cloud context to surface exposure risks across Azure and M365 mapped to MITRE ATT&CK techniques. Surfaces exposed resources, ports, identities, AI workloads, data, devices and third-party applications from a single unified platform.
Explore Exposure ManagementTool Consolidation
Consolidates fragmented Azure and Microsoft 365 security, risk, compliance, and operations tools into one platform with shared visibility, so MSPs can manage every client without switching between tools.
Explore Tool ConsolidationAI for IT Ops
Boost security operations across your managed environments with artificial intelligence. BriteAI cross-references findings across Azure and M365 to deliver contextualised insights and step-by-step remediation guidance to help MSP teams resolve issues faster.
Explore AI for IT OpsStrengthen your clients’ cyber resilience
Ransomware, phishing and account takeover reach businesses of every size, and your clients expect you to keep them out.
More software only covers part of the risk. Resilience also means knowing where each client is weak, keeping up with how attacks change, and working from a plan that fixes the biggest risks first.
TENET gives you that view and that plan for every client from one Partner Hub, so resilience becomes a service you deliver, not a product you resell.
FAQs
Does TENET deploy agents into client tenants?
No. Each client tenant connects with read-only permissions through an Entra application and service principal. TENET does not deploy agents or modify client workloads.
See the Microsoft cloud integration guide for the exact roles and setup steps.
How long does it take to connect a client?
About 2 minutes. A Global Administrator of the client tenant signs in once through the TENET setup wizard and approves read-only access, and the first scan starts straight away.
Does TENET help with client licence costs?
Yes. The Licenses view shows each client’s total seats, inactive users and unassigned seats, and the Copilot Readiness Report lists licensed users who are inactive, so you can reclaim spend before recommending new licences.
Can clients see their own risk in TENET?
Yes. Share a client’s tenant with a user at that client as a Viewer. They see that one tenant’s data and cannot change its settings or access.
What happens when a client leaves?
Remove the client’s tenant from TENET, or have the client remove the connection in Azure. Once the connection is no longer valid, TENET stops collecting new data for that tenant.
