TENET for Cloud Solution Providers

Licence resale alone leaves thin margins. Resell TENET through your CSP agreement, set your own price, and add recurring Azure and Microsoft 365 risk services for the customers you already bill.

Why it matters

Grow beyond licence resale

Thin licence margins

The margin on Microsoft licences alone is modest. The services you add after the sale carry the business.

Customers who only see an invoice

When the only touchpoint is a monthly bill, a customer has little reason to stay when another provider offers a lower price.

Risk a licence count cannot show

A subscription list does not reveal risky admin roles, oversharing, unused seats or failing NIS2 controls. Your customers carry that risk either way.

For your customers

A service from day one

Fast to start

In TENET, open Management and select Add Tenant. The customer’s Global Administrator signs in once, setup takes about 2 minutes, and there is no agent or server to install.

The full picture

One read-only view across Azure, Microsoft 365, identities, devices and compliance, refreshed automatically so it is current at every review.

Clear next steps

Prioritised findings, unused licences to reclaim and tracked remediation tasks give every customer conversation an agenda.

How it works

Resell through your CSP agreement

TENET is an Azure Marketplace SaaS offer that CSPs can sell. You keep the customer relationship, the price and the invoice.

We extend a private offer

We create a CSP private offer on Azure Marketplace with a margin for your CSP tenant.

You find the margin

The margin appears in Partner Center.

You buy for your customer

Purchase TENET for the customer in Partner Center and generate the activation link.

You set the price

You invoice your customer at your own price. Microsoft bills you at the wholesale price.

FAQs

Which CSPs can get a margin?

Direct Bill and Indirect Provider CSPs. Indirect Resellers buy through their Indirect Provider.

Does a CSP purchase count toward Azure commitments?

No. CSP private offers do not apply toward a customer’s Azure consumption commitment (MACC).

Do customers see the wholesale price?

No. The private offer price is visible only to you in Partner Center. You handle the customer’s price and billing outside Azure Marketplace.

Can I manage resold customers in Partner Hub?

Yes. Each connected customer appears in Partner Hub with its risk posture score, its four reports and its opportunity queue.

See how Client Assessments work.

What does TENET not cover?

AWS, Google Workspace and on-premises endpoints. TENET also never reads content such as files, email or chats.
