Work that never stops
Problems users report first
A virtual machine runs hot, an application starts failing or Microsoft reports a service issue, and the first alert is a ticket from a frustrated user.
Licences paid for nobody
Leavers keep their seats and some seats were never assigned. Each one is spend with no return, and an account an attacker can use.
Access that drifts
Admin roles granted for one task stay forever and app consents pile up. Nobody has time to review them line by line.
Catch problems before users
TENET learns the normal behaviour of each Azure resource and flags the ones moving away from it. Health events that Microsoft reports for Azure and Microsoft 365 sit in the same view with an AI summary, and failing applications surface from Application Insights.
- Baselines learned per resource, no thresholds to set
- Azure and Microsoft 365 health events in one list

See every Microsoft 365 seat with each user’s last activity in Teams, Outlook and the Office apps. Inactive users and unassigned seats are counted at the top, and each user is marked Copilot-ready when they are active in at least five of the eight tracked apps.

Keep access in check
Azure role assignments and Entra directory roles are combined into one list and scored by identity. Risk events from Entra show impossible travel, legacy sign-ins, suspicious permission grants and bulk operations, so you see which accounts to look at today.
- Azure and Entra roles in a single view

FAQs
Do I need to install anything to use TENET?
No. You connect your Microsoft tenant once through a setup wizard, which creates a read-only Entra application. There are no agents to install on servers or devices.
See the Microsoft cloud integration guide for the permissions it uses.
How does TENET decide a user is ready for Copilot?
A user is marked Copilot-ready when they are active in at least five of eight Microsoft 365 apps: Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
Read more about Copilot licence optimisation.
Can TENET send alerts to Microsoft Teams?
