Our approach

With the 90-Day Risk Reduction Programme, we work from an action plan that keeps your people working as safely and efficiently as possible, wherever they are and whatever device they use. We identify the vulnerabilities, create a clear action plan and work through it with you for 90 days to improve your organisation’s cyber resilience and productivity.

For this, TENET reads the Microsoft technology you may already have in house, sometimes unknowingly or unused, with read-only access. In the presentation and monthly meetings we explain which applications and settings fit your needs.

   Kick-off call

   A 30-minute Microsoft Teams call to agree scope and goals, and to confirm who holds Global Administrator rights for the scan.

2. 2

   Automated scan

   Your administrator signs in with Microsoft and approves read-only access. The scan finishes in less than five minutes and produces all four reports, with no agent to install.

3. 3

   Findings presentation

   A 60-minute Teams call with your IT lead. A TENET expert goes through the four reports with you, explains each finding and agrees priorities with you.

4. 4

   Monthly check-ins and remediation

   Your team works through the action plan, tracking each fix in Remediation. Each month a 60-minute Teams check-in with your IT lead reviews what is fixed, what is still open and what is blocking progress, and adjusts priorities.

After the 90 days

You decide how much support you keep once the programme ends.
